Do I pay anything to reserve?
No. Reserving is free and takes 20 seconds. When payment opens, we email you the final price and ship date. You pay only if you still want the cube. If not, ignore the email.
When will it arrive?
After you pay, delivery takes 20–30 days, with tracking. It takes that long because each order ships straight from our production partner to your door. We email you the ship date before you pay, so you know what to expect.
What if it's late or arrives damaged?
If it's late, we email you as soon as we know. You can wait for the new date or cancel for a full refund. If it arrives damaged, defective or not as described, message us within 30 days of delivery and we send a replacement or a full refund.
What if a cable stops retracting?
That's the most common complaint about retractable chargers, so we cover it. If a cable stops retracting or the cube stops charging within 12 months, we replace it or refund you.
What can I charge with it?
The 4 built-in cables are USB-C. They work with iPhone 15 and newer, Android phones, iPads and other tablets, and earbuds and gadgets that charge over USB-C. For an older iPhone or anything else, plug your own cable into one of the 4 open ports. Power is shared between everything plugged in. Planning to charge a laptop? Send us the model on Instagram before you reserve, and we'll tell you honestly if it will work.
